Best Real Estate Agent on the Gold Coast. For anyone thinking of selling their home I would highly recommend Shane Conlon. Within days of putting our house on the market Shane received an offer that far exceeded our expectations. We were looking for a professional Property Manager to manage our QLD investment property as we lived in NSW. We were also looking for a particular type of tennant as our property was a unit in a complex of predominantly mature residents. We did not realise how difficult this might be, but Simone from Palm Beach First National was able to guide us competently through the process and keep us informed and updated at all times...and was also very kind and patient with our many needy interstate phone calls. Joanne is the best property manager ever! If you're looking for someone who will actually action things quickly and will update you Jo is the way to go. I've had at least 3 property managers handle my property and I won't let anyone but Jo touch it again
