Great communication, knowledge & advice

Very professional. Great communication. Gave good advice about our investment property, what needed to be done to make it ready for tenants, realistic rental income, etc, but also very accepting of what we wanted. Organised smoke alarm testing & lawn mowing. Reports provided promptly after each viewing. All communications polite & helpful. A great ‘can do’ attitude. Also a very reasonable rate, making it very affordable to have these guys manage the property & take all the stress away from us.

Can not speak highly enough of our Property Manager Alannah Denaro who at all times puts in significant effort in not only sourcing the right tenants and has exceptional customer service and attention to detail with our properties.
