Ben and his team were very professional helping us achieve a market sales record. Ben and his team helped us every step of the way in the selling process of our apartment.
Not only did he achieve a record sale price, he was able to sell the apartment within one week of being on the market.

Amanda has been the best property manager I’ve had in my rental history. She was always incredibly quick to organise any maintenance we needed and made the whole process stress-free. She’s also genuinely lovely to deal with, which makes such a difference.

When we had a terrible experience with a bond clean, Amanda was very understanding and supportive while we organised to do a re-clean.

I can’t recommend her enough and would absolutely choose to rent through her again when we’re ready.

Took the Stress Out and Delivered, Mark Is the Best Agent. Mark was recommended to me and I am really glad I got the intro. Partway through selling my mum’s place in the gated community at Pacific Haven, Caloundra / Battery Hill, she had a serious stroke and I had to step back from things. Mark took charge straight away and handled everything, including dealing directly with the solicitors & tradies, which took a massive load off my shoulders. He kept me updated the whole way through and still managed to secure a record sale price! The. Best. Agent.

Sam Thompson was fantastic to work with when selling my 97-yr old grandmother's house. He's really down to earth and genuine, and was regularly checking in to make sure my grandmother & the rest of the family were comfortable throughout the whole sales process. He knows the Aroona market well and gave us great advice on what to do to prepare the property for sale.
