Kandace is an exceptional property manager who helped us fast-track renovations (full re-paint & carpet, a/c install, and minor maintenance items) ahead of procuring a new tenant at the right weekly rent.
We live in NSW, but it felt like we had our own Project Manager on site in QLD ! Kandace was fantastic at organising the trades and would call us immediately anything needed to be discussed.
