He had a lot of patience to deal with this sale as we had to stop it as it was going under contract due to a legal issue. Shanel is the only reason I managed to sell this property and had the chance to move to Sydney to be closer with my daughter. After having multiple other agents who failed, I had given up on ever selling and moving.
