Ian was very efficient and knowledgeable. He attended the pre settlement inspection with me when I purchased the property. He then then assisted me with contacts to rectify issues and make improvements to then rent the property out. He was good at communicating during the advertising campaign and found suitable tenants promptly.

Running taps, blocked pipes, mould overgrown inside and outside affecting our health, - no response from Emily Evans.

Exit report was dishonest for the old house, claiming small wear and tear, refusal to communicate by Emmy Lake, trying to keep as much out of bond as they could.

If i could do a zero star, i will definitely do it, Image property West end is the worst real estate agency I've come across. Strongly not recommend these guys. I should listen to the previous tenants advice not to use this agency , i was renting at the 5 Lockyer pl, drewvale. They don't organise a proper clean for the houses and the house lights and ceiling fan repairment prior to move in date for new tenants, there is no response even we submitted the request through the app and email, my property manager is emmy lake. During the rental period, They didn’t fix the light (no one show up in 3months )and garage door (3weeks)in the time period. Which i dont think is fair and now i am so disappointed as we have got tools stolen, it cost 1800$ and we terminated the contract, the company has requested to reduce from our bond. Ridiculous property agent , please do not rent property with them and do not leave your property for them to manage . I am not caring the bond as i believe my time is more valuable and what i need is a truth and a proper apology, as they tried to ask us to pay another bond cleaning bill after we have already sent a professional cleaning team to do the cleaning.

An amazing experience throughout the selling process. . Jamie is an utter professional with with what he does.
He had a plan in place to achieve the best possible outcome for our sale and kept us up to date through out.

I had a very disappointing experience with this property agency with Emmy lake. It has been over 3 months since I vacated the property, and my bond has still not been finalized.
Communication from the agent has been extremely poor. They rarely answer phone calls, and when they do respond, they do not provide clear information or any timeline for resolving the issue.
As a tenant, this has been very frustrating and stressful. A professional property manager should handle bond settlements promptly and maintain proper communication with tenants.
Unfortunately, the lack of responsibility, poor customer service, and constant delays have made this one of the worst rental experiences I have had.
I would not recommend this agency to anyone looking for reliable property management.

I’ve had a great experience leasing through them. Communication has always been prompt, clear, and professional. Any questions or maintenance requests have been handled efficiently, and they’ve been approachable and easy to deal with throughout my tenancy.

Overall, the process has been smooth and well-managed. I’d happily recommend them to other tenants. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Seemless Support. Ian and the team made the whole process of engaging an agent to manage our investment property a seemless and easy process. Nothing was an issue and they found us a tenant quickly. Excellent communications skills and very knowledgeable on what to do to get an excellent sale. . When first started working with Jamie to sell our property there were several options.
We made the decision to do the property up for sale, Jamie was very helpful in getting in trades people to do the tasks planned at an excellent cost, he also kept an eye on progress of the works.
Once all works was completed Jamie mentioned styling of the property, I had no idea what this was, after being informed of what it was, I would recommend this for anyone looking to sell a property.
Anyone that is wanting to sell a property I would listen to Jamie and his recommendations if you want to get a good price for your property.
Everything went very smoothly for the sale of our property and got lot more than originally expected.
I would recommend Jamie to anyone wanting a professional person to look after the sale of their property.

I would like to complement Sophie at Image Property at West End.
Sophie is fantastic. She has superb Customer Service. She listens carefully to whatever query or concern one has and "goes out of her way" to provide an answer or to "seek out" any critical information needed. Her manner is friendly and very supportive - particularly if one has a query which is "anxiety-provoking" or distressing. 5 stars to Sophie. She is absolutely a "top employee" and someone to be very much valued as a member of the IMAGE TEAM.

I attended two scheduled housing inspections on Saturday, and no one showed up to either of them. Around 20 other prospective tenants were left waiting for over 30 minutes, and repeated calls to the agent went unanswered.
What makes this even more frustrating is that both properties are still listed on the market, and one is even advertised with another inspection scheduled for tomorrow. If the inspections were cancelled or the properties were already leased, why were attendees not notified? There is no excuse for the lack of communication — we had all registered our details to attend, so contacting us should have been straightforward. Other agencies are able to provide reasonable notice when cancelling inspections or updating listings, so there is no reason this agency could not do the same.
This level of disorganisation and disregard for people’s time is unacceptable. Many of us rearranged our schedules, and I personally drove over an hour to attend inspections that never took place. Basic professionalism and communication should be expected

They have posted a property and continued to have viewings over 3 weeks after it was initially listed, without getting back to anyone that has applied - no contact or reply from Jessica Liu. Office number is not monitored - has never been answered. Not sure why they need so many people to choose from, but 4 weeks of viewings for a rental is excessive. Feel sorry for the current tenants as they were still living in the apartment also. By the time a tenant is chosen, the viewers from 4 weeks ago will no longer be needing the rental.

I had a very poor experience with Image Property. My attempt to contact them prior to the inspection went unanswered, which set the tone for the rest of the process. After attending the viewing and submitting an application promptly, I noticed new inspections were being scheduled despite no updates on my status. When I followed up, I was told the owner wanted a "large pool of applicants" before even reviewing submissions. After two weeks of silence, I called again only to be told my application had been "auto-withdrawn" because the agency was too busy to process it. Even after reapplying at their request, I was met with more silence while they continued to hold inspections. The lack of communication, respect for applicants' time, and general mismanagement is disappointing. I would not recommend this agency.

Not that great communicators for rental tenants. delayed responses via app where you submit for things to be fixed. Break Lease was ridiculous. Gave 14 days notice - on the 14th day we see the bond/maintenance person attend.

Dispute was in place regarding things to be fixed and cleaned. Ignored by Image Property and withdrew our bond from RTA without notice. Enquired why? Told there was no dispute, yet our emails back and forth clearly with subject heading dispute.
Disagreed with the prices and charges given to pay after we moved out. We agreed for property manager to organise their bond cleaner with our bond money (she sorted out on the 14th day even though the list she gave me for Bond cleaners were available within a day) - Turned out the Bond Cleaner was also the "maintenance" guy trying to charge us 3800 for "damages" and carpet clean which we had already done and sent our receipt/email trail - again no reply.
I enquired where the bond/maintenance persons ABN/ACN was? to review his full services & prices as his name and ABN/ACN did not match ASIC - no reply.
he tried to claim he fixed things which were not fixed. "bond/maintenance" guy also tried to claim he put new grass on the the property, which is false, because we were the ones who did it out of good will (with proof of entry report & receipts). When asked if they referred to our original entry notice/report to review the state of the property, I was told they have it, until we provided it and then was told they didnt have that copy. Maybe just a lack of communication and hectic schedules. But it was a stressful experience.

Image property West end is the worst real estate agency I've come across. I honestly do not recommend these guys. They don't organise a proper clean for the houses or organise any yard maintenance prior to move in date for new tenants. Very disappointing experience with the property manager, Jack Si*****s We were occupants affected by an unauthorised subletting arrangement, and the situation was handled poorly. Communication was unclear, there was a lack of decisive action, and we received little guidance or support throughout the process. We reported the unauthorised subletting situation to the agency, but our concerns were not addressed in a meaningful or supportive way, and after raising the issue the situation became even more difficult for us. We also contacted Image Property by email about the situation, but we did not receive any reply or follow-up. We were eventually evicted by an unauthorised sub-lessor (Eunj* K*m) who claimed to be the property manager. She was not actually living in the property herself. After we left, we did not observe any clear consequences for the unauthorised sub-lessor, and within a few days new occupants appeared to have moved into the rooms under the same arrangement. Based on our experience, we would not recommend dealing with him as a property manager.

My experience with Emmy from Image Property West End was incredibly stressful due to consistent communication failures and poor handling of basic tenancy matters.

An old skeleton key snapped in the backyard lock, leaving me with no backyard access for over a month. I was initially accused of breaking it intentionally, which was very unprofessional, despite it clearly being an old lock failure. The delay in fixing it was unacceptable.

I gave written notice by email two months in advance that I would be vacating at the end of my lease. I was then sent a document containing both a lease renewal and an intention to leave form together. I immediately asked for clarification on how to correctly sign the intention to leave. Eight days later, I was incorrectly told I had renewed my lease and would need to break lease and keep paying rent. Emmy refused to answer any of my phone calls.

Thankfully, the RTA reviewed the situation and dismissed the claim.

This entire experience caused unnecessary stress and could have had serious financial consequences if I had not known my rights. Renters should be very cautious.

I went to an inspection for a rental property and waited for around half an hour, but no one showed up or answered the phone. The house was taken off the market while I was still waiting to inspect it. This was very unprofessional from Image Property West End.

Absolutely pleasant experience renting through Image Property and my consultant Ian Jung. Ian's expertise in the market was evident from our first meeting where he detailed the market analysis, leasing strategy, and the entire process.

I deeply appreciate his proactive and professional management of pre-settlement inspection, leasing campaign, open home, short-listing tenants, and finalising the paperwork. He met in person with all potential tenants, prepared accurate shortlist, and handled everything with zero fuss. I have to mention that the whole process only took about one week time before settled with great new tenants.
