I'm into my 6th year now with Image Property (at this address anyway, its been longer) and I honestly cannot talk highly enough of our property manager, Jessica Liu!!! From the very beginning this real estate in itself has been like no other but then to have someone as caring and real as Jess to be looking after you and everything you need, that just makes your life so much easier and less stressful. She has made these past 5 almost 6 years so enjoyable for my family! She's always ready and willing to work around our schedule if it makes it better on our lives! She doesn't care about the extra work she has to do or if we are unwell and have an inspection coming up she will always find a way to resolve that issue whether it be like a virtual inspection or changing the dates to suit us. If ever there is an issue around the house (very very rare that there has been!), Jess is straight onto it, it feels like we get messages from the maintenance people before I even have a chance to get out of the app from reporting the problem to her. Could not be happier with how this whole experience has gone and is continuing to go :) I look forward to many more years with Jessica as my property manager because I know that things are going to be alright as long as shes in charge. Kandace is an exceptional property manager who helped us fast-track renovations (full re-paint & carpet, a/c install, and minor maintenance items) ahead of procuring a new tenant at the right weekly rent.
