Jo’s proactive approach with a letterbox to all the Villas is what lead me to contact her originally. She made herself available that day and very honest with her appraisal of the unit. She did not try to seal the deal with over inflated promises. I didn’t need to talk with any other agents - chose Jo immediately. This was Wednesday and by Saturday she had me a fantastic offer without even going to market. Assisted me through entire process above and beyond. Highly recommend.
