Firstly, i am sorry for being too late on feedback as i was busy with other things.
Image property is a great agency and we dealt with Alexandrea Morris who is very nice and polite and the good thing about her is that she is quick in responding your queries. And the best is that We expected that we’ll not get our full bond back as normally agents does or our previous agent did like she was asking a compensation on behalf of owner because we used there house for renting and we were like....what🧐?, if we used house, we paid rent every month. But here with Alexandrea, we were surprised when we got mail for getting refund our full bond back without any single conversation with agent.
Moreover, image property did there best efforts to make sure that house meets all Australian standards as throughout the year there were regularly checks on electrical appliances and other things.
All together, we were so much satisfied with image property and our agent Alexandrea Morris.

The house we are currently renting was sold and notice to vacate was issued giving us 60 days notice. After attending many inspections and many applications being knocked back and tine running out I was so giving up hope. Within 2 weeks of my notice to vacate I came across a rental that ticked all the boxes listing from Image Property. I arranged an inspection for the Saturday, bit of a mishap nothing to do with the agent, whom was very apologetic. However the time wasn't wasted if fact was the perfect opportunity to meet the lovely property manager Alexandrea Morris. We discussed how i had already applied just needed to inspect property and that a inspection time would be rescheduled asap and processing of application would commence. Alexandrea was aware I had not much time to secure a rental and worked on assisting straight away. From that day I've been blown away with the efficiency and professionalism showed by Alexandrea. I've been notified each and every step of the way regarding processing the application to being approved and the process with document signing there after. The communication of Alexandrea prompt response every time has made a some what stressful time for me alot easier and I'm forever grateful to her for all that she done to help secure a rental property. Alexandrea is confident in her property management role and her professionalism and effectiveness on striving to achieve great results are like no other I've experienced. I wish Alexandrea all the very best in her career of property management, she is a true gem and a fantastic asset to your agency.
