I had an excellent experience working with Natalie and couldn’t recommend her highly enough.
From the very beginning, she was incredibly easy to deal with — always friendly, polite, and professional. She played a key role in helping me navigate a fairly complex renovation process, ultimately transforming the property into a fully compliant and lease-ready home. Her attention to detail was outstanding, and she was very generous with her time, always willing to explain things clearly and guide me through each step.
Natalie also has a great network of reliable and efficient tradespeople, which made a huge difference in getting everything completed smoothly and on time. What really stood out was her ability to understand my personal circumstances and provide tailored support, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
Communication was another strong point — she was always accessible, and even when she was on leave, she ensured there was seamless backup support in place. Her team was equally impressive, providing prompt and helpful responses whenever they were involved.
When it came to leasing, Natalie took the time to walk me through the tenant selection process in detail and quickly secured high-quality tenants. On top of that, the management fee package offered was very competitive and added further value.
