He did it again, after selling our property I recommened to my mum to use Nick when she moved to apartment. Seamless sale with property to be redeveloped and not even had to be advertised!! Seriously bought and sold before and older persons house with angst second time with Nick and seriously too easy again. If you want someone that can negotiate with both buyer and seller continually, so patient and easy to deal with seriously if we ever have to move again I would never go anywhere else.
