We are thrilled to announce that our superstar Image Property team has secured 5 nominations as ‘Best of the Best’ finalists in the prestigious PPM National Property Management Awards.

The awards recognise property management agencies and team members on outstanding achievement in the areas of service delivery, systems, technology, marketing, business development, leasing, personal achievement and best industry practices.

Receiving a PPM award is one of the most sought-after career goals for property management team members and agencies.

Congratulations to Kayla Kirk (PM of the Year), Georgina Copland (Support Team Member of the Year), Kirsty-Lee Heilbronn (BDM of the Year) and the whole team for Agency of the Year & Client Service of the Year on your nominations.

Over the past 12 months, the team has been developing significant internal systems to improve customer service and satisfaction and the outcomes have been remarkable.

We have structured our day-to-day processes to maximise our time building relationships with landlords and tenants at a more personal and responsive level. Our team take pride in communication, which lays the foundation for our success and sets us apart from our competitors. We recognise that customer satisfaction is integral to our business and significant and substantial improvement to the service we provide has been our greatest achievement in the last 12 months.

These are our first nominations in the PPM National Property Management Awards and follow on from successive years of nominations and awards from the LPMA Awards.

We pride ourselves on the huge commitment our team members make to Image Property, their Landlords and tenants every single day and having their efforts formally recognised is of enormous significance to our business.

While they are already winners in our eyes, we wish our team luck when the awards are announced later this month.
