The only feedback I have is that it wasn’t initially explained clearly how the arrangement for funding advertising worked. I had thought we had negotiated to defer payment until settlement instead of entering a small loan for it which I wouldn’t have done had I understood clearly. But that was minor.
All-in-all a good outcome from Darren, particularly given he was hampered early by some disappointing and at one time completely inaccurate guidance from my Property Manager at the time.
