Sonia was warm, honest, pragmatic and efficient. She communicated clearly and resolved our questions quickly. She facilitated inspections and key-handovers outside of standard work hours and liaised with both parties’ solicitors to enable a smooth transaction and a result which we (and I think the seller) are happy with. We met lots of agents while searching for a property and the best experience (by far) was with Sonia. If we ever sell, we will reach out to Sonia first!
