We have dealt with a number of real estate agents in the past and Nick surpassed our expectations. He literally made the sale of our property so easy, organised all the little things like external cleaning, painting. We live a few hours away and didn’t have to travel to sort anything at anytime. We were really pleased he gave us what we felt was a very fair valuation at start, and was outstanding in his negotiation with the buyer. Even if not his office area I wouldn’t use anyone else again.
