We were unsure at first about selling our home as we had only just finished renovating it. Matt assured us we had done a great job and this property would attract a first home buyer or a down sizer. He was right but we weren’t sure what price to put on it. We decided on a starter price, but it was too ambitious. Matt then looked at what the market was telling him, we lowered the price and had an offer within two weeks. We were very happy with the selling price and Matt’s knowledge of the market.
