Matt was quick in responding to my enquiries. He managed to get me a good price after the sellers had accepted a much higher offer previously (but the contract fell through)
He kept me up to date in what was happening and checked that I had things organised such as electricity. Matt even met me at the property with keys after settlement. Thanks so much for your help
