Fiona was incredibly personable to deal with and understood the urgency in our offer, and managed it efficiently. We were really impressed with her prompt communication and updates throughout the entire process so we were never unsure of what was happening. We felt she did right by us and the vendors, achieving a mutually beneficial outcome. She even went above and beyond to cuddle and entertain our baby while we completed the final inspection.
