When it came time to sell we approached Nathan and Patrick to provide a free appraisal. We were extremely impressed with their local market knowledge and marketing ideas. Once we agreed on rates we found the sales process went smoothly and quickly. We were unconditional with a price higher than expectations within 6 days of listing.
