Matt is easy to work with, a good communicator and matches your pace. My sale was up and coming for months and then with circumstances changing, at the snap of a finger, needed to be handled with speed. Matt wasn’t pushy when I was slow and he wasn’t stressed when I was fast. Matt was able to achieve the price I needed, and worked well smoothing out a couple of things between me and the seller.
Realistically for an REA the above is all I’m really looking for. So 5 stars
