Very disappointed. I used David Deane real estate for a year to manage my property. Mary Chapman was my manager. Multiple failures in communication, constantly ignoring emails, making oversights, failed to pay rates and regular charges. They shared my confidential information with tenants, and shared confidential information with me related to a tenant at an entirely different property that I did not own. Eventually she disintermediated herself by having trades and tenants contact me directly and CC her in.

Overall, we had a great experience dealing with Mark from David Deane. Throughout the entire process Mark was very professional and kept us well informed. His extensive experience helped guide us, which also resulted in the smooth sale of our property within 3 weeks of it being listed.
