I hadn't worked with Ben or Image Property before and came to know them via a letter of all things..... However, I took a chance and called Ben. I immediately found him to be super helpful and knowledgable about the area. At all times Ben was courteous and friendly and made the whole process easy.
The house listed on the Monday, I had a firm offer on the Saturday evening and the deal was agreed to the following Monday!
