We were listed with another Townsville RE Company who boast to be leaders in the RE Industry, But, we found them to be very lax and not pro active in promoting our listing. So we gave Brad a go at selling and the other Big Time RE Agent became angry with our decision to use Brad, and went so far as to get preference for their Ad on RE.com.au over Brads Ad, Joan and I both would give Brad 5 Star Recommend. We would not hesitate to use Brad again.
