We do not live in Queensland so had to lean on Matt’s market knowledge which was excellent. I had a concern that some units were selling below our expectation in a nearby street but Matt was quick to point out the difference in areas and alleviate my concern.
Matt was also very good at keeping us up to date throughout the process from before going on the market all the way through to completion. Matt achieved 10% more than we were expecting, I’m more than happy to recommend him.
