Brittani was a champion from the start to the finish selling my duplex. Once we had a buyer in place, she moved the same ad across to the second unit. I later realised that by selling both units in the same financial year, I would have a huge CGT bill. This was no problem for Brittani. She came up with a strategy to secure a buyer, got the conveyancer to write up a 'put & call agreement', locked it all away for me and then just made the whole process seamless. This is the hardest working team in the area. They managed to keep us informed of developments all through the process.
