Auction doesn’t always give you the best price!!! Had another agent tried to sell this property for 7 weeks cause hubby wanted to try auction but failed in both auction and private treaty. Please do not make the same mistake as we made. Tatjana ALWAYS brought us the price we asked for, she sold 3 of our properties in the last 12months. She is selling this property for 75k higher than the passed in price with another company in the auction. Call her now, you won’t regret.
