Brittani was a champion from the start to the finish selling my duplex. Once we had a buyer in place, she moved the same ad across to the second unit. I later realised that by selling both units in the same financial year, I would have a huge CGT bill. This was no problem for Brittani. She came up with a strategy to secure a buyer, got the conveyancer to write up a 'put & call agreement', locked it all away for me and then just made the whole process seamless.
