Approachable, Great Clear Fast Communication and Honest Advice.

Fantastic agent

Matt was instrumental in getting my property onto the market and sold with little to no fuss. In a buyer's market it is often difficult to negotiate a timely sale at an acceptable price range. Matt has done just that in less than half the time compared to the average listing time of other properties.

Matt was great at all stages.

We originally had the property listed with another agent and it didn't sell probably due to the wrong price expectation. Matt had to work hard to get in contact with us which impressed me. He was realistic with where the price had to be to sell the property. From meeting him to contract was about 4 weeks. He lived in the area so was very knowledgeable. His communication was very good and he was understanding when he couldn't contact us when I was traveling.

Excellent, would certainly recommend

Matt was very professional to deal with, as we lived in Melbourne and the property was in Queensland our correspondence was by email and phone, Matt always replied asap and we never had to follow him up.
