Lauren is the only agent we had mentioned our block of land to while at an open house she was hosting, back in 19/20. We said at the time that we planned to list probably in the 21/22 financial year, if at all (it's the most beautiful block with ocean views). We had always planned to have Lauren sell it for us, if we ever decided to sell. She contacted us a few months into 21/22 with buyers who were really keen to buy in that area. We were really only ready to sell if they could meet the price it meant to us. For Lauren, that was a big ask on our part as it meant getting the buyers to pay $40 000 more than they offered. Next morning we had a deal at our sell price! Lauren has always been totally professional whenever we have crossed paths at open homes and during the sale of our land. She never pressured us to do anything, and was really there to help and guide us with such kindness, honesty and patience. She is the loveliest person to deal with, and we would not hesitate to highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.
