We decided to sell our investment property which was the first house we ever purchased during Covid and Jae was so supportive he guided us in making the right decisions and listing at the right time. In the end he ended up getting more for the property than we thought possible. Being the first house we ever bought I thought I would be sad selling it but the result was so good I quickly forgot all about it :) highly recommend Jae to anyone selling in the area.

Jae helped us to secure our second home in our budget. Jae was great in the process of negotitation and communication and we felt he really put some effort in to secure this opportunity for us. He was always upfront about the issues that arises with the tenants during this difficult time. Jae worked hard to find a buyer for our investment property. Communication was smooth and he rings us after each inspection to provide updates so that we always had an accurate understanding of the current market. House was sold at a fair price within 6 weeks of listing, a pretty decent outcome given the dynamic of seemly endless lockdown procedures here and there. Btw their rental operator stella found us a caring tenant couple who lookafter the house over past 2 years. We are very grateful.
