Hayden had the property listed for approximately 3 yrs and had two marketing runs at getting a sale being successful on the second. Disappointed that although having the property on his books for such a long time had not considered the size of rooms when offering an estimate of achievable price and used that as the lever to reduce the asking price. Overall on the second run Hayden put in every effort to achieve the sale and then followed through to the end. Great effort Hayden.
