Kristy was very helpful, always available, no issue was too big or small for her.She worked hard to ensure I paid as much for the property as she could get, which is obviously what a good sales person needs to do.As to the question, did I end up paying more than was necessary to secure the property? I will never know. But I love the house & was very happy with how caring &helpful Kristy was, despite the difficulties faced trying to secure a settlement date due to many factors outside our control
