Image Property Celebrates International Women’s Day

In recognition of International Women’s Day, Image Property proudly recognises and celebrates the outstanding accomplishments of women leaders in the real estate industry.

This year’s International Women’s Day is centred around the theme “Inspire Inclusion.” We wholeheartedly embrace this theme that places a premium on diversity and inclusivity. We proudly acknowledge the presence of women on our team who have played pivotal roles in shaping our successes.

This dedication has created an environment where equality thrives, and witnessing women excel on the sales leaderboard and in key leadership roles is commonplace.

Currently, 54.85% of our organisation is made up of women, including our leadership team, skilled agents, property management department, and support staff.

What do you love most about your role here at Image?

I love the continuous evolution of our work, and our swift adaptation and innovation. Our core value of ‘better today than yesterday’ aligns seamlessly with our dynamic marketing approach, ensuring our strategies are always evolving. 

What does International Women’s Day mean to you?

I believe it serves as a reminder of how far we have come and the journey ahead in achieving inclusivity and diversity at all levels in the workplace – not just as buzzwords, but as real practices we live and breathe every day, that elevate our work and greater community.

What has been your proudest accomplishment so far?

Witnessing our year-on-year increase in lead generation is a notable accomplishment. This success extends beyond our creative team, representing a company-wide triumph. It reflects our ability to keep pace with company growth and uphold high standards consistently.

What makes you the happiest (in a professional sense)?

The satisfaction of seeing the impact of our strategies in the marketplace is unmatched. From launching successful campaigns to receiving positive market feedback, it’s so rewarding to know we’re not just participating but actively shaping the industry.

What inspires you most about working with a team of women leaders at Image?

Working with an incredible team of women at Image is truly inspirational. The collective strength and support among our team provides an environment where innovation flourishes, empowering each team member to reach their full potential.

What do you love most about your role here at Image?

The most rewarding aspect of my role at Image is the constant evolution and the introduction of new challenges, which I find truly fulfilling. Embracing change keeps me engaged and motivated, contributing to a dynamic and enriching work experience.

What does International Women’s Day mean to you?

For me, International Women’s Day is a significant moment to acknowledge and celebrate the remarkable accomplishments of women worldwide. It’s an opportunity to reflect on the strides made in various fields by women and recognise their invaluable contributions to society.

What has been your proudest accomplishment so far?

My proudest achievement to date is successfully finding a balance between my professional life and family life. I take pride in the continuous growth I’ve achieved in both aspects, managing to nurture my career while also fulfilling my family life. Finding this balance has allowed me to thrive without compromising on either front.

What makes you the happiest (in a professional sense)?

The aspect of my job that brings me the greatest joy is knowing that I play a pivotal role in the growth and success of my colleagues within the company. Witnessing their progress and accomplishments is incredibly rewarding, and it motivates me to continue contributing positively to the collective success of the team.

What inspires you most about working with a team of women leaders at Image?

What truly inspires me is the care and support that our team has. The commitment to each other’s success and happiness, whether in professional or personal spaces, creates a nurturing and motivating environment. It’s the shared dedication that fuels our collective inspiration and provides a sense of unity within the team.

What do you love most about your role here at Image?

The most fulfilling aspect of my role at Image is the chance to build meaningful relationships, be it with Landlords, Tenants, or through collaboration with our exceptional team. These relationships not only deepen my professional journey but also play a significant role in nurturing the culture at Image that I deeply cherish. It’s a source of genuine joy for me.

A day to give a big shoutout to the resilient, determined, and boss-like women around us – a sentiment that holds even more significance here at Image Property, where our leadership team is predominantly comprised of remarkable women. Their strength and determination set a powerful example, contributing significantly to the positive and dynamic work culture we have created.

What has been your proudest accomplishment so far?

The substantial personal and professional growth I’ve experienced over the past 7 years with Image has been an incredibly rewarding journey. This period has not only shaped my career but has also played a crucial role in my personal development, contributing to a well-rounded and fulfilling chapter in my life.

What makes you the happiest (in a professional sense)?

Witnessing the success of our teams is truly gratifying – being an integral part of a winning and ambitious team that consistently strives for improvement, with everyone sharing the same goals and drive.

What inspires you most about working with a team of women leaders at Image?

The passion, determination, and support demonstrated by the women in the leadership team, as well as the broader team, never cease to inspire me. I consider myself fortunate to have the opportunity to work alongside a multitude of successful and supportive women on a daily basis. Their collective dedication serves as a constant source of motivation and reinforces the sense of camaraderie within our work environment.
