Alex was great from the first contact. My mum was going into care and we initially had to get a value of her unit, Alex had all the info of recent sales in the area etc and got back to us promptly with a price. We weren’t ready to go on the market straight away and Alex discreetly left us alone which I really appreciated until we were ready. He was constant with open homes and always gave us feedback. The sale negotiations went smoothly and I feel he worked well for both parties.
