With winter approaching and daylight hours diminishing, a quick and effective tip for investors is to keep power connected to your properties.
Without light, after-hours inspections become unsafe and showcasing a property’s features and space becomes near impossible.
There is very little cost associated with keeping the lights on. Speak to your property manager as they would be more than happy to facilitate the connection.
